I am a dad of three from London who works in IT.

I started out as a trainee accountant before starting a computing degree with the Open University in my twenties. Thanks to the Open University, I have been making my living in IT ever since.

My main thing in this blog is data-ery stuff – SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, VBA, analytics, etc. Things I need to remember and so I write them here.

My passions are nature, family, the arts and trying to be useful.
